I, Kristy Chamberland, LMT, CMLDT, offer a wide range of hands-on therapies concerning health of the Body, Mind, Muscles, and, Spirit.
Massage Sessions are customized for muscle and mind help.
My massage is informed by my training in relaxing Swedish massage, aromatherapy, Prenatal Massage, Therapeutic Pain Relief Massage... Sports Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Topical Analgesic, Heat and Cold, Myofascial Release, SMRT...
Manual Lymph Drainage stimulates lymph flow and supports the immune system.
Craniosacral Therapy helps full body communication with the brain.
My intention with my work is to help you feel less pain and mental stress with the help of Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.
With a life long experience around both Massage and Craniosacral Therapy, and now with the addition of Manual Lymph Drainage treatments I am truly honored to be here to help you in the best way I know how.
